The HSS ( M2 ) slitting saws offered by us confirm to IS 5031/DIN 1837 having diameters from 20mm to 400mm and thickness range from 0.2mm to 6mm. These saws are manufactured using the latest developments in cutting geometries and surface treatments. All these are hardened to 63/64 HRC, triple tempered and pressed quenched to give flattest saw possible. The heat treatment is done by a modern automatic and ecologically safe through feed hardening line.

We offer friction saw blade which are manufactured from wear resistant steel. The saw blades are precisely hardened, ground, skillfully straightened and tensioned to be used for the cutting iron & steel tubes, pipes, channels, angles, rods and profiles.

The solid carbide saw blades offered by us are high performance products based on the latest technology. These solid carbide pressing and sintering saw disc first blanks and then grinds them into saw blades in a roof.

The TCT circular saw blades offered by us are made from high strength steel which is scientifically heat treated and precision ground. The tip angle of the high quality tungsten carbide saw is skillfully ground on state of the art grinding machines. It is then scientifically straightened and tensioned so that it can be used for specific applications.

The planner knives offered by us are made from special nickel alloy steel /chrome vanadium or high carbon steel which is heat treated to 55-58 HRC. These planner knives are then precisely ground and straightened to be used for planning of wooden surfaces.
